Beyonce: "Move Your Body" ( Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" Campaign)
This is a great initiative to get people to exercise. Something fun (and to some easy) to do, to burn calories. The obesity rates in the U.S. are really sad, and I am glad that the First Lady has started a campaign to promote healthy eating and exercise. Beyonce did a great job of altering the song and dance to fit with the campaign. Good stuff...Hopefully it will indeed help with the Obesity epidemic. At nabef.org you can download the full instructional video.
New Videos: Waka Flocka and Wiz Khalifa
Here is my rare bafoolery post. lol These are two of the best party tracks out right now hince why I felt the need to post the videos. The Waka Flocka joint was your average party video. Nothing new. nothing special, but at least it didn't look too much like a recession special. The Wiz Khalifa Video was just wow.....Who thinks he will be going to jail for Marijuana possession sometime soon? *raises hand* lol Like Really? You just gon smoke hella weed in your video like that? That's cool....I like the song a lot, but I guess I'm just realizing they was talking about getting f'd up the whole song. SMH...It is what it is...SN: I don't condone weed smoking...lol

OneRepublic on DWTS
onerep dwts live by yardie4lifever2
Great Performance. Although the lead voalist vocals were a little shaky at times, this was a great performance. The dancing was stellar in both performances. I had no idea Lacey (of DWTS) could dance like that! Wow...she is an amazing dancer. I was not too familiar with the first track (but i liked it) but "All the Right Moves" is my shit! The choreo to that track was dope as well. Good ish from OneRepublice. I focus more on R&B and Hip Hop material on this blog, but I think I will start to post things to support all of the aspects of entertainment I enjoy...
New Music: Lil Wayne, Mya ft. Nicki Minaj, Wale, David Guetta ft. Flo-Rida and Nicki Minaj, Busta Rhymes, and Musiq.
Lil Wayne-Dope Track. Lil Wayne is on his way to Legend status. Even though this song is vulgar as all hell and many may argue his lyrical content. He is a lyrical beast and he makes hit after hit...
Mya ft. Nicki Minaj-This song go kinda hard...This is the best I've heard from Mya in a looonnnnngggg time. This is definitely the sound she needs to go for. Nicki did her thing on the track as well. (Far from her best verse, but decent...) Good ish...
Wale ft. Rick Ross, Jadakiss-Dope Track. Wale killed that shit.
David Guetta ft. Flo-Rida and Nicki Minaj- This song is going to kill the clubs and pop radio. It is a cold as song for it's genre. Nicki Minaj did her thing as usual...
Busta Rhymes-It's cool, nothing like he been spitting on these features lately though, but I guess it's a different type of track.
Musiq-Decent Track. Sounds like Classic Musiq Soulchild...Real R&B...
Kelly Rowland Motivation Video (Explicit Version)
I feel that this is definitely a better cut of the video. I don't know what makes it "Explicit" but I guess...It seems as though she does a little more choreo in this cut, and for some reason it just looks better. Either cut the video is hot, but I can appreciate this one better do to more choreography. VOTE The Video on the 106 & Park countdown. Let's get it to #1! New Video: Kelly Rowland "Motivation"
Kelly Rowland - Motivation by UniversalMusicGroup
Kelly Kilt this! Visually the clip was stunning. The Cinematography was great, the choreo worked well with the track (Although I do wish SHE would have danced a little more) , and Kelly looked amazing. This is definitely her best video as a solo artist to date! I'm excited for Kelly and her new material, and hopefully we will be getting an album real soon. "Motivation" will be available on Itunes April 12. Please purchase the track and request it on you local radio stations. TEAM KELLY LEGGO!!!

New Mary J. Blige Video
Good stuff... She looked beautiful, and the video although not great, served it's purpose. I'm glad to see Mary doing her thing again, and giving us Classic Mary J. Her new album My Life II is rumored to be hitting stores in September. I hope this one will be epic.
New Music: Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, J. Lo ft. Lil Wyane, Tyga, and Pharrell.
Nicki Minaj-Wow...Here we go again... I'm actually shocked Nicki started it back up, well kinda...It was aight...I'll wait to hear the whole track to really pass judgement. lol
Lil Wayne ft. Rick Ross-Dope Track. Lil Wayne is a beast, Rick Ross held his own as well..
J.LO ft. Lil Wayne-Dope Track. Sounds like class urban J.LO. It's good to hear her go this route again. Lil Wayne did his thing on the verse too.
Tyga-Dope Track. Nice beat, smooth flow, sounds a lot like a Drake track though...
Pharell-Dope Track. I never thought of Pharell as the illest lyricist, but he kinda kilt that. Good ish...
