Kelly Rowland has it #1 in the UK with her dance hit "When Love Takes Over" which is featured on David Guetta's Album. It hit #1 in just 2 weeks on the chart! This is great for Kelly. hopefully it stays there a while. Great way to kick-off the 2nd "Non-Matthew Knowles" Phase of her career.
