Miguel "Adorn" Live

Not flawless but good...I was just glad to see Miguel do a toned down performance. The dude is talented, sometimes the talent is overshadowed by the eccentric performance he often puts on. There is nothing wrong with being eccentric but in Miguel's case it's too much sometimes and you can't really hear his true vocal ability. My point below...

I guess it wasn't that bad...but he can get to hollering sometimes is my point! lol Congrats are in order to Miguel. His Single "Adorn" is #1 for the second week in a row on Billboard's Hip Hop and R&B chart.

New Video: Game ft. Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, Tyga and Wiz Khalifa "Celebration"

Dope Track. Loving the "1st of the Month" sample. The video goes with the song. Nothing special, but  it looked like a Celebration! lol

New Song: Brandy "Put it Down Remix" ft. 2 Chains and Tyga

Nothing too special. Maybe with the rappers on it, it will introduce the song to another audience and ensure it reaches the top 10 on the Hip Hop & R&B Chart. I don't hate it, just don't think it did too much for the track. Maybe another choice of rappers would have been better. I'm sure the powers that be wanted to go for the rappers that are hot right now. And well, I guess...

Congrats to all the nominees! I say this every year,  I really hope our top black artist support this show. Once upon of time this award show was one of the only awards shows really showcasing black talent. Legends such as Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, and Janet Jackson would attend annually. I'm not sure what happened where black artist felt that they could blow this show off. It's really sad...I hope this year and years to come, this will  change for the better. If it wasn't for soul train, many artist wouldn't be where they are today. Catch the awards Sunday, November 25, 9/8c on Centric.

New Video: Elle Varner "I Don't Care"

Interesting...She took a spin on the video of the song that I didn't expect. Decent video for a dope song. Elle Varner is one of the most slept on artist out right now. Arguably, you can listen to her album "Perfectly Imperfect" from top to finish. I wish her continued success.

Brandy "Put It Down" "Wildest Dreams" "Have You Ever" Live

Killed It! Brandy is really coming into her own as a performer. Her dancing looks more natural now. Vocals are on point. Wildest Dreams was amazing. I'm glad that she's back and doing her thing. "Two Eleven" out  10.16.12

Frank Ocean Live on SNL + New Video "Pyramids"

Frank Ocean - Pyramids - SNL 9-15-12 by IdolxMuzic

Strong vocal performance by Mr. Ocean, but the "Thinking About You" performance was awkward for me lol. He had to make some uncomfortable faces to get those notes out lol  Big ups for him having John Mayer on stage though. They Pyramids performance was cool.  Dope Video too.
